Mr. He Zhiyi Chairman

Mr. He Zhiyi graduated from Fuzhou University in 1982, later studied for master’s degree in Economic Department of Xiamen University and doctor’s degree in Management School of Fudan University. He has been the visiting scholar for three times in US GE Management School, Northwest University , Kellogg Business School and Swiss International Development College. From 1997, Mr. He Zhiyi studied in Guanghua Management School of PKU for postdoctoral degree with Professor Li Yining as his tutor. Mr. He Zhiyi is now the associate professor and assistant to the dean in Guanghua Management School of PKU, deputy director and secretary general of China National Economy Management Society.

Mr. He Zhiyi not only has achievements in academic research, but also has over 10 years of actual experience in enterprise operation and management. He has acted as the president and chairman in many enterprises.

Mr. Luo Fei Director and General Manager

Mr. Luo Fei graduated from PKU, master of economics. Mr. Luo Fei started investment banking business in 1993, having participated in the stock listing work of many companies, planned acquisition projects of many listing companies, supervised to develop the first database of China’s securities market, and participated in organizing the first on-line stock issuing in China. He has acted as permanent deputy general manager of Shenzhen Anxin Financial Consulting Co., Ltd., director and deputy general manager of listing companies. He is now the general manager of Alliance PKU and director of IER Venture Capital Co., Ltd.

Mr. Li Yuanhao Managing Director

He is a well-known investment banker in China. Mr. Li started his security business in 1993. He involved privatization of several state-owned enterprises, IPO and merger & acquisition. He was directors of several public traded companies both in China and US. He initiated and successfully helped Holley acquire Philips CDMA reference design group in US. This made the history in China M&A history. For that, Fortune Magazine interviewed Mr. Li and pointed this was a model for China companies which want to establish a global capital platform.
