Professor Zhang Weiying is one of China’s earliest scholar who propose and systematically validating the philosophy of dual-system price reform. His enterprise theory and the relevant research achievement on the reform of China’s state-owned enterprises have extensive influence on the domestic and foreign academic field, relevant departments of the Chinese government and the circle of enterprises.

Professor Xiao Zhuoji actively explores the theoretical problem of the economic system reform. He is the first one to propose in theory and validate the separation of two powers in the socialist enterprises owned by the whole people. He has studied the “Capital” for many years and utilized the theory of “Capital” to guide the socialist economic construction and economic system reform. He is now the specialist adviser of Beijing, Yunnan, Jilin, Chengdu, Wuhan and other provinces and cities.

Mr. Liu, HongJun (Senior Advisor of Oversea Bussiness )

Mr. Liu has over 10 years experiences in Wall Street. He was a First Vice President and Rule 144 specialist for Morgan Stanley, managing over US$100 million assets and serving corporate clients. He has successfully advised several Chinese companies to acquire US public companies and vice versa. He has a broad knowledge in financial service industries including M&A, valuation analysis, arrangement of funding and assets management. He studied in Wharton-Witter Executive MBA program. He also holds MS in engineering from University of Maryland at College Park, as well as both MS and BS from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
